Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be as cozy as possible, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in original condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and the Oodie is returned in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head over to our online self-service portal and enter your order number and email address to start your request.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a reason for the return to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your Oodie in its original bag, and drop it off at your nearest post office.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
